Chapter 20: Little Childhood Sweetheart Is Quite Feisty (Part 20)
Before the school semester started, Qi He warned and reminded Fanxing sternly. “I’m telling you this. Do not act as though we already know each other in school. Understand?”
He didn’t want any rumors of this idiot being secretly in love with him. So the simplest way was for them to pretend that they were strangers.
Although they were staying together, Qi He’s will remained unbending. As long as they hid their relationship well, no one would find out about him and the idiot.
What kind of relationship did he have with this little idiot?
He was the donor, and she was the recipient, okay?
Little Chief was fiddling with the Rubik’s cube in her hand when she gazed at Qi He with her shining almond-shaped eyes. “Qi He, I don’t know how to wash clothes.”
She had never washed clothes before. Her clothes had been lying in a pile for three days, and she only had four outfits left.
She didn’t know how, but Qi He knew.
Because she saw him.
“I’m talking about what is going to happen when school starts!” Qi He inhaled deeply. He already had a premonition of what would happen.
Little Chief hung her head down and muttered aloud. “Soon, I won’t have clothes to wear.”
Qi He cursed in his heart. This little fool was especially headstrong. If you didn’t resolve her problems, she wouldn’t listen to anything that you had to say.
But the biggest problem was…
If she didn’t know how to wash her clothes, was he supposed to wash them for her?
He was a man. If he were to wash clothes for a girl, wouldn’t that be atrocious! No way would he wash her clothes. Not in this lifetime!
“I will wash the clothes that you’ve worn for the past three days. Did you hear what I told you just now?” His response slapped him right back at himself. So what? He was the one hitting his own face.
Fanxing’s dewy-looking eyes shone even brighter. “Oh, okay.”
Qi He scoffed aloud.
Damn it. He knew that this little idiot had heard him! She was so cunning and smart. Was she really dumb? Qi He once again asked this question that was in the depths of his soul.
Soul Searching Spirit was shocked. ‘Idiot, are you serious? You’re getting God of War to wash your clothes for you? Are you serious?’
It was the first time that Qi He had washed clothes for a girl. He turned red as he held up her skirt. Embarrassment burned him, so he hastily scrubbed it before dumping it into a bucket. Next, he picked up another garment.
The more he scrubbed, the more he sensed that something wasn’t right. There was very little cloth.
He bent his head, and all the blood seemed to rush to his face.
When he sensed that someone was beside him, he raised his head, and his expression darkened instantly.
He was both fuming and embarrassed, and these emotions were a powerful combination.
What infuriated him more was how Little Chief was instructing him with a deadpan expression. “Be gentle and don’t ruin it.”
Qi He was so enraged that he…
F*ck! He wasn’t going to wash it!
He stood up abruptly and went to get a glass of ice water.
Indeed, he shouldn’t have agreed to letting this little idiot stay with him. She was trouble itself!
Qi He calmed himself down before he continued washing her clothes.
He had a mild obsessive-compulsive disorder, and he couldn’t rest until he had finished something.
Blushing, he gazed at the bra in his hands. He raised his head, and he suddenly felt that the sky would be crashing down on him…
How did he end up doing this for her?
When school started, Qi He realized that he was in the same class as that little idiot.
It was a waste of space for her in the class with that intelligence of hers.
The class teacher pretended that she wasn’t around. As long as she sat in the last row and didn’t disturb anyone. She could be a mascot and quietly spend her days in school.
