Let Me Be Reborn - Chapter 13
Chapter 13: Lonely Hearts (1)
She looked like she was in her early 40s, wearing dark makeup. She didn’t have a slim body like younger women, but her particularly prominent peaks could attract attention. She was a huntress and it was more suitable to call her body voluptuous and full of curves than fat.
The woman grinned. “Thank you for today, Dohoon.”
The moment I heard her voice, I realized that she was the boss that I spoke to earlier.
“No, you’re welcome.”
“I had no other help I could rely on but you. I have a job to do and my daughter doesn’t have the time… I hope you didn’t have a difficult time.”
I had a difficult time. It was hard work. I thought I was going to die, but I wasn’t naive enough to express my honest feelings towards the boss, however. I had trained my emotions.
“It is, yes, but in life, things like that can happen all of a sudden. We have to help each other.”
“Dohoon is really nice.”
As she said that, the boss lady sneakily placed her hand on the back of my hand. Was this intentional?
Hey, watch, is Dohoon friendly with the boss lady?
[Yes. The boss is particularly fond of Lee Dohoon.]
I see. Do you know anything about her?
[41 years old. Divorced. Has a daughter who is going to college.]
Divorced? Did she say that?
[Yes. She said it so casually.]
Hmm, is that so?
The moment I heard that she was a divorced woman, I felt something in my heart stir. Did she think of Lee Dohoon as a man? Should I test it?
In reply to her action, I put my hand on her shoulder.
“Ah?”
“Are you tired, boss? Should I give you a massage?”
“Really? Then I’m grateful.”
I massaged the boss on the shoulder with a moderate grip. She flinched, relaxing comfortably. The pleasant scent of shampoo emanated from her hair.
“Are you okay, boss?”
“Dohoon is good at massages. The woman he ends up marrying will definitely be in love with you.”
“Ha-ha, I still have a long way to go before getting married.”
“Haa… why did I have children when I was your age?”
If her daughter is a college student, then she must have married early.
As I stood behind her back, the peaks of herbr**st were seen clearly. Wow… it looked like a fluffy pillow. Her bust is one of the biggest I had ever seen. Her white flesh looked like a bowl of rice forming a deep valley.
I could feel my body heating up.
It had been a while since I felt anything like this. It was a new sudden stimulation.
It’s a shame, to be honest. My ex-wife and I hadn’t done it for several years. Even if my heart fluttered, she refused me, making up all kinds of excuses. Because it kept happening over and over, my confidence had plummeted to the bottom and stomped all over.
But this life is different; I know that I will never live like that again.
Motivated, I began to push myself to please the voluptuous woman before me and asked, “Isn’t the boss lonely?”
***
“Isn’t the boss lonely?”
The convenience store owner, Heo Younja, swallowed her saliva without realizing it. A question asked by this young man evoked something from within that she was not normally aware of.
Am I lonely? Of course. I can’t remember the last time I had s*x with a man after divorcing my husband. Perhaps I truly am lonely that I hadn’t realized it till asked of me…
However, she could not accurately grasp Dohoon’s intentions.
She didn’t think that Dohoon, a kind and sincere boy, would ask her questions filled with impure thoughts. She was afraid of being embarrassed should she give the wrong answer, therefore, she opted for the safer route and said, “…I suppose so. My daughter is going to Chungju for college.”
“Why Chungju? That’s in North Chungcheong province.”
“My daughter passed the Chungju National University of Education. I was nervous when they reserved a seat for her. It wasn’t confirmed that she had been accepted until I got a call yesterday.”
“That’s good. Congratulations, boss.”
“It’s something to celebrate, but I don’t know if she will be able to live alone in the countryside. I’m worried.”
“Why do you think that?”
“I divorced my husband and it was only just the two of us. It has always been like that, but once she leaves, everything will change.” She smiled bitterly. “You know, I sometimes get mistaken as her sister. Do you think we look like sisters?”
Heo Youngja slowly turned her head and sighed in relief.
It was a pointless question and she almost felt embarrassed.
And moreover… why did she feel sad?
