Let Me Be Reborn - Chapter 2
Chapter 2: I’m Going Crazy (2)
“You texted him while we’re doing this…?”
“Haa… it… hurts…”
“Are you alright? Is it not good?”
“It hurts… but… good…”
“Ha-ha…” the man laughed, “I don’t know about that. I’m a little bit big. How do I compare to your husband?”
“Haa… don’t even mention him. If I had known what he had down there, I wouldn’t have married him. I had almost fallen asleep while we did it. Couldn’t feel a thing.”
“Asleep? Younha, are you joking? Ha-ha! This is the funniest joke I’ve heard so far.”
“…What?”
“You call me every three days. Hoooo… I wonder what you do to satisfy yourself at night. I know you can’t sleep well at night without being ravished.”
“…..”
“Embarrassed? Are you blushing? Ah, look. The sheets are flooding with your juice.”
“…Just shut up and f*ck me!”
After their deed, the man and women laid on their back, their chest facing the ceiling.
The man stood up and leaned against the couch and pulled out a cigarette from the pack. He puffed the cigarette on a soda can resting on the table instead of an ashtray.
“S*xperience is the truth and the way of life,” the man said.
“Huh? What are you saying all of a sudden?”
“S*x and experience… s*xperience.”
“Hoo! Wonjun is good at s*x, but he sucks at dad jokes,” the womanly voice said coyly, “and stop smoking in the room. My husband will find out. He doesn’t smoke, and if he does, he goes outside in the parking lot.”
“Hey! Am I on the same level as your husband? Sprinkle some air freshener or something. Before he starts questioning, ask him where the scent of the smoke is coming from.”
“Whatever. Smoke as much as you want.”
“I hear your husband’s going on a business trip. What are you going to waste your money for? Oh, by the way, I like your bed. Feels nice.”
“I shouldn’t have said anything. I’m thinking of letting you go. You’re too good for me.”
“Good? Not because I’m big?”
“Stop that. My husband’s a good man, but he’s lacking… but to me, he’s just a money-making machine. I wish he’d go somewhere, never come back, and die.”
Wonjun put the cigarette into the lid of the empty can. The remaining liquid left in the soda can made the cigarette wet.
“Are you sure about that?” Wonjun said.
Younha looked at Wonjun.
“What?”
“That you wish your husband would die.”
Wonjun’s eyes grew deadly and serious.
“Hey, what joke are you making?”
“I’m not. I’m serious. Do you want him gone?”
“…What?”
“Are you serious about that, about your husband dying?”
“What do you mean?”
“Death Contract.”
“…Is there really something like that?”
“Sure. There’s a lot of them these days. You give them a couple thousand won, they’ll accept the contract and make do with the agreement right away. I know a few older brothers nearby. Do you want me to connect you with them?”
Junwon’s remark was inadvertent, but Younha’s eyes began to quiver at his eerie proposal.
She and her husband’s marriage was based on wealth and due to his position as a researcher at a renowned company. She married her husband out of anger because she wanted to escape her parents’ nagging and the need for financial security.
She wasn’t getting any younger and she thought that it was time to adapt to reality.
Her husband was short, but she could live with that. Wearing flat shoes was enough. His wealth made up for his lack of height.
And what was wrong with him being a little bit too short?
He wasn’t the best looking man either. But this was fine too. His average look would further enhance her glow and beauty. And if need be, she could dress him up prim and proper or have him go under the knife. Surely his looks would improve.
What was wrong with being average?
She was fine with all that.
But…
But the last tipping point that sent her off the edge was their first night. She felt nothing, The width of her husband’s manhood was… no… it was better not to talk about it. Just remembering their first night together made her miserable.
But since then, everything changed.
