Chapter 6: Bastard! (2)
As Gu Feiyan struggled to get up the masked assassin turned his body over and pressed her down.
Gu Feiyan gritted her teeth. She’d never been bullied like this before and it left her starstruck. The masked assassin pressed down on her and crushed her even more.
She then realized that it was already too late to escape.
“Rogue! Get out of my way, or else I won’t be polite anymore!” She shouted. “Let me go! Do you hear me? Scoundrel! Bastard!”
… … …
The huge difference in height caused Gu Feiyan to suffer a great loss. Even though the masked assassin was currently powerless, the posture was able to hold her down temporarily.
The man’s deep black eyes stared at her coldly and said not a word.
He was secretly assessing the time of the arrival of his reinforcement.
Gu Feiyan stopped struggling and coldly said, “I’ll ask you one last time, are you going to let me go?”
The man remained silent.
Gu Feiyan’s eyes turned ashen cold as she raised her head to bite the man’s mask.
The man hurriedly turned his head away and Gu Feiyan was so angry that she glared at him. At such a close distance, their eyes locked, and gradually, the two of them felt a little uncomfortable. The masked assassin was the first to turn his head away from her line of sight.
“Bastard!” Gu Feiyan turned her head to the side and no longer looked at him.
Who knew that when the man suddenly buried his head in her shoulders, his whole body would gradually press onto hers. For a moment, his aura enveloped her, filling her with his aura. It was a mysterious danger, but also extremely ambiguous.
Gu Feiyan was stunned again. This was the first time she was with a man …
As she drew closer, she could clearly sense everything about him. She could smell a strange fragrance coming from him; it was rich, noble, and unpredictable. This wasn’t a common fragrance, but a rare and precious Agarwood.
Without a doubt, the man lost his strength from the poison.
Gu Feiyan should have been happy, but in her heart, she was panicking. She didn’t even know what was going on. Her heart didn’t stop beating until she pushed him away.
She got up and immediately kicked him. “You scoundrel, who told you to bully me?! You should see for yourself who you really are!”
She was about to take off his mask when the man suddenly opened his eyes. His eyes were cold and sharp, but his entire body was still emitting a dangerous aura. He didn’t seem like a poisoned person, but more like a crouching tiger waiting for an opportunity to make his move, and she was the prey that was being watched.
Gu Feiyan jumped in fright, not daring to take the risk anymore. “Hmph, I’m in a hurry, so I won’t waste my time with you. Just wait here and feed yourself to the wolves!”
She stood up and didn’t forget to kick him before she left.
It was almost dawn, and she had to get to the military camp as soon as possible. If her lateness caused General Cheng to lose his life, then her little life would be gone as well.
Not long after Gu Feiyan left, a person dressed as a guard came over. Seeing the man unconscious on the ground, the guard hurried to help him. “Your Highness! Crown Prince Jing, what happened to you?”
The masked assassin did not belong to a martial arts clan. No, he was the most special existence within the royal family of Sky Flame Nation’s Jun Clan. He was the respected Crown Prince and son of the Emperor, Jun Jiuchen.
He had received an urgent report that the prescription was deceitful. Someone had taken the opportunity to harm General Cheng and had therefore personally come to rob the medicine.
Who would have thought that he would run into a girl who had been reborn like Gu Feiyan…
