Chapter 3 – Such A Little Cutie (3)
Su Tang looked at him and squatted on the ground, sorrowfully complaining to the bitter gourd in the sea of her consciousness.
[Guagua, he said I’m stupid.]
The system hated the iron for not becoming steel.
(t/n: meaning he hates the iron for failing to meet expectations and impatient to see improvement.)
[You are really stupid!]
Su Tang pouted her cheeks, unconvinced.
Where is she stupid?
The system sighed and decided to not talk to her.
Just when the little girl was looking down in a daze, a hand suddenly appeared in front of her.
The fingers of that hand are slender and as white as jade.
She looked up blankly and her eyes met the beautiful and indifferent black pupils of the boy.
His disheveled hair was lightly resting on his fair forehead.
The boy narrowed his eyes slightly, his long eyelashes seemed thick and curled.
This time too, his voice was indifferent.
“Can’t get up?”
Su Tang hurriedly put her hand in his and stood up by pulling on his hand.
The moment the white soft hand came up, the temperature from her fingertips surprised Shi Ya a little bit.
His heart seemed to miss a beat, and he felt his chest throb.
His thin lips pursed slightly, and within the young boy’s narrowed eyes, a slight daze could be seen.
And the little girl who got up with his strength is now smiling like a fool for the second time.
She said softly to the system.
[Guagua, do you think he let me follow him?]
The system sighed.
Obviously, this person was so noble and glamorous before. But how did she reincarnate into a dumb idiot?
But somehow, this dumb idiot is a bit cute.
She’s cute.
It made the system lose its temper.
It had to vaguely mumble.
Su Tang, who got an affirmative answer, immediately laughed, and her eyes curved into beautiful crescents.
Her ruby-like pupils looked at him brightly.
Shi Yi felt a hidden corner in his heart soften.
He restrained himself, but couldn’t hold back.
He stretched out his hand and rubbed the girl’s soft hair.
His voice softened by half.
“Let’s go.”
Su Tang obediently followed behind him, looking like a sticky little tail.
After walking two steps, Shi Yi suddenly turned to look at the little tail that followed him obediently.
“Do you have a name?”
The little girl was startled, but quickly nodded.
Shi Yi bent his thin lips, as if smiling.
He quickly got emotional.
“What’s your name?”
Su Tang squatted down and showed him her name stroke by stroke on the ground.
“Su Tang.”
She happened to have the same given name and family name as her body.
(*t/n: su tang means refined sugar)
Shi Yi looked at the name written on the ground, and his eyes slightly swept over the crouching figure of the cute little girl, thinking a little carelessly.
Sweet sugar.
The name…
Kind of looks just like her.
As sweet as her.
Thinking about it, a shallow smile appeared in the black and bright pupils of the young man.
He knelt down and wrote two words next to Su Tang with his slender white fingers.
“Shi Yi.”
The boy retracted his hand, his voice faint.
“My name.”
Su Tang bent his eyes at him and let out a low cry to show that he knew.
“Ohh.”
Her sound is soft and small.
The round red irises looked at him intently.
Just like a little kitten.
Shi Yi felt that for the first time, he understood the hearts of those people who liked to keep fluffy and cute pets before the apocalypse happened.
It’s really hard to…control yourself with such a soft and well-behaved one.
I really want to take her home and raise her well.
Shi Yi thought so, but it didn’t show up on his face at all.
His expression stayed indifferent.
He glanced at the two names written side by side on the ground, close to each other.
His mood that has never been disturbed before became inexplicably happy.
