Chapter 1017: She Wants to Go Home!

After dinner, Chi Xia received a text from her mother, urging her to come home early.

Chi Xia looked at Su Chen and couldn’t help but discuss, “”Young Master Su, can you really not give me a few more days off? I want to go home early.”

Su Chen glanced at Chi Xia. ” So, you want me to starve for the next few days? ”

” You can go back to your house. Don’t you have a nanny at home? ” “I spent money to hire you. Why wouldn’t I use you?”

“..”This man was really unreasonable!

There were only three days left until New Year’s Eve. It was a busy time at home. Chi Xia really did not want to stay here so leisurely. It would be a waste of time to be with Su Chen.

In the past, she would have been home by this time.

She steeled her heart, took out her phone, opened WeChat, and transferred fifteen thousand yuan to Su Chen.

Chi Xia turned around and returned to the bedroom.

Su Chen frowned. He opened his phone and saw that she had sent him a message. This woman didn’t want to be with him for a day!

It was fine if they were separated for seven days during the New Year, but they had to spend three more days on top of that. Su Chen’s face darkened when he thought of this.

The next day, Chi Xia woke up early to pack her things. When she walked out of the bedroom, she realized that Su Chen had already woken up.

Su Chen looked at her as usual. ” Go cook. ”

Chi Xia raised her chin and smiled. ” Young Master Su, I’m on leave from today onwards, so I don’t have to cook. ”

” Chi Xia, let me remind you that you haven’t left yet. Aren’t you worried that you won’t be able to leave? ” Su Chen threatened.

Chi Xia was speechless.

For a moment, she was too pleased with herself.

Even though she was not convinced, she still went into the kitchen and fried an egg, baked a piece of bread, and made a bowl of porridge. She finished Su Chen’s breakfast.

After dinner, Chi Xia looked at Su Chen. ” Can I go now? ”

Su Chen’s face was cold. He stood up and walked towards the door. ” I’ll send you off. ”

Just as she said that she didn’t need it, Su Chen glared at her coldly. He seemed to have predicted that she would reject him and stopped her from saying anything.

Chi Xia thought about it for a moment. It was indeed uncomfortable for her to carry her luggage and squeeze into the subway. It was too expensive to take a taxi. Since there was already a chauffeur, it would be a waste if she did not take it.

Chi Xia dragged her luggage out of the house and brought along the snacks she had bought from the supermarket. Su Chen walked up to her and took the luggage from her. He glanced at the shopping bags in her hands and raised his eyebrows. ” You’re going home to celebrate the new year and you still need to eat so many snacks? ”

Taking a deep breath, he said in a deep voice, “”Even if you leave them at home, I won’t throw them away or eat them, so you don’t have to take them away.”

“I’m not afraid that you’ll eat it. I have a niece and nephew at home, so I brought it back for them to eat.”

“So you took my things to give away?”

Chi Xia smiled. She had already given it to her!

Su Chen moved his luggage into the car after they had upgraded their building and continued to be Chi Xia’s driver.
