You’ve Got Mail: A Cautionary Tale - Chapter 101
Chapter 101 — Prison Play (NSFW)
Edited by DancingDolphinsYo
Despite this being a trap, to deceive Yan Wenxin and those in cahoots with him, the show had to be done well.
After being thrown into jail, Guan Shanjin had suffered quite a few hardships. Every few days, he would be dragged out for an interrogation, and if not for the Emperor having hinted that his life was to be spared, as well as that he was not to be excessively tortured, what Wu Xingzi was seeing today might not have been a Guan Shanjin that was as whole and complete as he was now.
In the cell, the lights were dim, and the bloodstains on Guan Shanjin’s prison uniform were even more ghastly-looking. Blood stained his clothes in splashes of dark colour, and there were a few places where his clothes were even stuck to his wounds.
Wu Xingzi clenched his jaw, holding his pain in, not daring to cry aloud.
He had long guessed that Guan Shanjin had previously made light of the risk he would be taking. If it was not as dangerous as he said it was, why did he have to come in himself to suffer this torture? The Emperor was really too harsh towards the Lord Protector’s estate.
“Why are you here?” After a moment of excitement, Guan Shanjin frowned. He directed a fierce glare towards Man Yue who was shrinking behind Wu Xingzi.
Man Yue shuddered. He decided to pretend that he did not notice how Guan Shanjin looked as though he could flay him alive, and quietly asked Wu Xingzi, “Mr. Wu, would you like me to let you into the cell so that you can talk to the General?”
“Can that be done?” Wu Xingzi was still holding onto Guan Shanjin’s hands, unwilling to let go. Upon hearing this good news, his face brightened.
“Stop fooling around. What sort of place is this? It’s so dirty inside here, why do you want to come in?” Guan Shanjin rebuked him harshly. Just as he wanted to pull his hands back, Wu Xingzi grasped them even more tightly, as though in a plea. Afraid of hurting Wu Xingzi, Guan Shanjin could only stop what he was doing, glaring at Man Yue with a dark face.
“General, don’t worry. You’re Great Xia’s number one criminal, and there are no other prisoners detained nearby. Right now, the ones standing guard are our own men, and there’ll be no hindrance for you to have a short heart-to-heart with furen1.” Man Yue was now hoping that Wu Xingzi would be able to calm his boss down, so that he would have time to run away once Guan Shanjin was out of jail.
Since there was Man Yue’s guarantee, Wu Xingzi could no longer endure the wait. He again clasped onto Guan Shanjin’s hands, immediately shifting away, giving up the space in front of the door for Man Yue. Man Yue’s plump fingers were deft, picking the lock in no time. The lock remained undamaged, and when they were to place it back later, there would be no trace of it having been picked at all.
“General, I’ll be waiting just round that corner there. Whatever you plan on doing with furen, I won’t be able to hear.” Man Yue gave a shameless smile towards the chained up Guan Shanjin, who was completely incapable of doing anything but shooting daggers at him with his eyes. In a flash, his plump body was concealed.
Wu Xingzi turned to look at the corner Man Yue was referring to. Noticing that it was about six cells away, he was no longer as bashful. He hurried into the cell, looking at Guan Shanjin for quite a while before asking falteringly, “C-can I hug you?” He wished for nothing but to throw himself into the man’s broad and warm embrace, but the blood on that prison garb made him too afraid to make any rash moves. Wu Xingzi’s heart ached so much that both his eyes and nose reddened.
Guan Shanjin looked back at Wu Xingzi for a moment, finally sighing and opening up his arms. “Come here.”
Wu Xingzi immediately went forward, carefully tucking himself into Guan Shanjin’s arms. Upon feeling a pair of solid and firm arms encircling him, feeling satisfied, he released a relieved breath.
In his breaths, Guan Shanjin’s usual delicate fragrance was so faint that it could barely be detected, and what replaced it was the scent of fresh blood and sweat, mixed with dirt as well as a trace of something having been scorched. It was definitely nothing pleasant to smell, but Wu Xingzi still took in a few deep breaths. His heart still hurt, but his anxiety had calmed down quite a bit.
The cell was actually not very dirty, and the dried straw laid on the ground, forming a mattress, could be considered clean. In an embrace, the two people leaned on the pile of straw, so as to prevent Guan Shanjin from feeling too uncomfortable with the chain around his neck.
“Why did you come, hmm?” Guan Shanjin looked down at the person in his arms. The old fellow’s face had been disguised to look very ugly, and he poked at those marks with his fingers. Discovering that it was a mask, he just took it off, caressing the face underneath that belonged to Wu Xingzi with an aching heart.
“I missed you…” Wu Xingzi murmured, placing his hand on top of the hand on his cheek, nuzzling into that hand with great affection. “How did you become so badly injured?”
Through the thin prison garb, Wu Xingzi could vaguely feel a few criss-crossing wounds from whipping. Worried that leaning against Guan Shanjin like this would hurt him, Wu Xingzi wanted to shift away a little. However, the arms around him only tightened further, as though afraid that he would disappear in the blink of an eye.
“It’s not that bad, they’re only superficial injuries.” Guan Shanjin kissed Wu Xingzi’s fleshy nose in consolation. This was not bravado. Although he did have quite a number of wounds caused by the whipping on both his chest and back, compared to the injuries he had suffered on the battlefield in the past, these wounds were not very different from scratching an itch. “The ones who did the punishment were all the Emperor’s men. On the surface, it looks like there was a lot of bleeding, and the wounds look savage, but the whips did not injure my muscles and tendons at all. Once medication is applied, there would barely be any scars left.”
Wu Xingzi harrumphed, clearly not believing him. However, he was unwilling to waste the time they had arguing over this.
Guan Shanjin looked at the old quail in his arms, whose eyes were tear-filled, their rims still red along with the tip of his nose. His heart almost completely melted into water.
“Did that asshole Man Yue look for your help?” He pinched the tip of Wu Xingzi’s nose, then tugged lightly at his short eyelashes, suppressing his eagerness that was appearing at a very inopportune timing.
“Ai, Man Yue’s just worried about you as well.” Wu Xingzi allowed Guan Shanjin to carry on, his cheek resting on the man’s shoulder. Quietly, he said, “Bai Shaochang confessed that he had acted on Yan Wenxin’s instructions, placing those items and letters in your study.”
Guan Shanjin’s ear burned as he felt the air from Wu Xingzi’s mouth brushing over it, and he nearly missed out what Wu Xingzi was saying to him. Once he understood, his sharp brows immediately creased deeply.
“Man Yue let you meet Bai Shaochang?” This fellow was getting more and more emboldened just because of their childhood relationship! Before going into jail, feeling worried, he had already deliberately left Man Yue with some instructions, that he must not let Wu Xingzi become involved. But just look at that little bastard, he completely ignored him!
Feeling Guan Shanjin tensing up, Wu Xingzi knew that he was getting angry over Man Yue’s actions. Hurriedly, he cupped the younger man’s face, shyly leaning forward and kissing him in consolation. “Don’t be angry with Man Yue, I was the one who insisted on him taking me to see Bai Shaochang. You asked him to send me a message, wanting me to wait a little while more, but how could I just keep waiting? This jail is such a dangerous place, and Yan Wenxin wishes for nothing but that you’d die in here. I’ve been so afraid that I haven’t been able to eat or sleep well at all. Finally, I had a chance to help you, so how could I let it go?” Wu Xingzi gave a few uncontrollable shudders, clearly recalling the anxiety and helpless fear of a few days ago.
If Guan Shanjin had been in a rage, now all of it had dissipated. He could no longer care that the place was unsuitable, and hugging Wu Xingzi tightly, he kissed him. It was as though a flame was bursting through them, and once their lips touched, neither could part from the other. They were as close as they could possibly be, their tongues entangled as they wished that they could swallow up the other and keep them at all times, never again to part in this life.
Guan Shanjin’s kisses had always been passionate and intense. Nibbling and sucking on Wu Xingzi’s tender tongue, he licked at the sweet flavour within his mouth, brushing through the sensitive spots within. The kiss was so demanding that it felt like it was conquering Wu Xingzi’s mouth. The old fellow in his arms could barely catch his breath, yet Guan Shanjin still refused to let go.
The sounds of lips smacking and kissing gradually echoed down the long and dim corridor, and even Man Yue, hiding a distance away, blushed upon hearing them, quietly moving further away.
Only after seeing how the man in his arms was about to faint from the kissing, did Guan Shanjin then reluctantly pull himself away for a moment, allowing Wu Xingzi to gasp for air. Like a wolf, a pair of charming eyes stared at those lips that had turned red and swollen from his kisses. Wu Xingzi had only just caught his breath, but he was kissed once again. This cycle repeated a few times, and Guan Shanjin finally managed to just about settle his longing for the older man. He buried his face in the crook of Wu Xingzi’s neck, deeply breathing in the old fellow’s clean scent, as well as sucking a mark on the skin at the back of his ear.
It was only just a few kisses, but it was enough to cause shivers to run through Wu Xingzi’s body. A flush suffused his entire face, and he sprawled bonelessly in Guan Shanjin’s arms, unable to move.
A moment later, he finally recovered, and he could feel a hardness under his belly.
His blush intensified. Quietly, he reached out, wanting to caress it. However, the younger man moved faster, gently yet firmly blocking his hand.
“Y-you… Shall I help you with my hand?” Wu Xingzi tilted his head back, looking up at Guan Shanjin. This big, weighty and burning hot pengornis was pressing right against his belly. They had already been a couple for so long, what was there to feel shy over? He also could not bear for Guan Shanjin to have to endure his desire.
“You’re only caring about mine? What about your little pengornis, hmm?” With a twist of his arm, Guan Shanjin deftly captured both of Wu Xingzi’s wrists with one hand. As for his other hand, it slid into Wu Xingzi’s trousers with great familiarity, holding onto the cock that had perked up from the kissing, rubbing at it.
“Mmmm…” Unable to hold himself back with how he was being touched, Wu Xingzi moaned sweetly, his eyes becoming very unfocused. His red, swollen lips parted a little, as he panted lightly.
Guan Shanjin’s palm was broad and heated, and because of his years of martial arts training, it was covered in calluses. With just a casual stroke or two, tingles shot through Wu Xingzi from head to toe, his mind whiting out in pleasure. His hips jerked along with Guan Shanjin’s actions, and the sight caused desire to burst into flames within the younger man. His mouth turned dry, and the actions of his hand gradually became more insolent.
He would rub his thumb right at the head of Wu Xingzi’s cock, spreading out the fluids beading up at the tip; then, he would tighten his grip, jerking up and down the little thing that felt as though it was a hardness encased in velvet; sometimes, he would scrape lightly, right at the tender skin at the top of the cock, smearing his palm with the leaking fluid before wiping it across the shaft and stroking the cock wildly.
In the cramped cell was a man’s soft, lewd moans along with the sounds of wet squelching, together with heavy, urgent pants. Charming and sensual, how did this even sound like a cold, freezing jail that was meant to hold criminals? Instead, it sounded much more like a brothel during a warm night in spring.
“Haiwang… Haiwang…” Wu Xingzi was completely not a person who could endure well. With how skilful Guan Shanjin was with his hand, it was not long before he brought Wu Xingzi to his peak. Wu Xingzi’s legs jerked and kicked among the dried straw as he twisted his hips, tears welling up in his eyes as he cried out the name of the younger man softly.
“Be good.” Guan Shanjin endured the flaming desire within him, bending his neck and pressing a kiss to Wu Xingzi’s forehead, before kissing the tip of his nose, and finally capturing those lips that were calling out his name. Sliding his tongue inside, he twirled and teased, causing the old fellow to spurt violently, almost fainting away.
“You’ve been holding yourself back these days.” The fluids collected on his palm quickly lost their warmth. Guan Shanjin released his grip around Wu Xingzi’s wrists, caressing the older man’s red nose with a finger as he teased, “Just look. See how thick it is, how much there is. Why didn’t you use the Mr. D I gave you to soothe yourself, hmm?”
Speaking about Mr. D, Wu Xingzi who had yet to recover from his climax became a little more shy.
That Mr. D had originally been left behind in Bastion City, and a while ago, when the two people had properly confessed their feelings for each other, Guan Shanjin had again returned the item to Wu Xingzi. Inside the box was also a seductive, lewd poem — to both tease Wu Xingzi, as well as to grouse a little. It made Wu Xingzi both delighted and shy, not knowing what he should do with Mr. D. That thing was really good, and it looked so appealing! However, if he was to really use it, it was highly likely that Guan Shanjin would become jealous of a non-living thing, and then deal with Wu Xingzi about it.
Seeing the vague complaint in Wu Xingzi’s eyes, Guan Shanjin chuckled brightly. He deliberately opened up his palm, showing Wu Xingzi the white, viscous fluid within. Then, he stuck out his bright, red tongue, licking up the cooled substance bit by bit right in front of the older man.
Guan Shanjin’s appearance had always been seductively charming, and now, because of his injuries, he looked a little delicate. Together with the dim lighting of the jail, a person who looked like an ethereal being under the sun, now looked like an incubus, a demon out to suck away everyone’s souls. With just a glance at him, it was enough to make one entranced, obsessed, and willing to offer up their heart to him with both hands.
Wu Xingzi naturally could not drag his eyes away. No matter how many beauties there were in the world, none could compare to the one in front of him.
Because of the extreme pleasure he was feeling, Wu Xingzi’s body was trembling slightly. Still, he reached out, caressing Guan Shanjin’s face.
“Haiwang… I really do like you…”
“That’s of course. My ancestors had accumulated a wealth of good karma, giving me both a fantastic face and pengornis that are just to your liking.” Guan Shanjin laughed as he teased Wu Xingzi, his seductively red tongue licking up the rest of Wu Xingzi’s come from his palm, seemingly intentionally, yet also not.
Wu Xingzi’s breath caught. He finally understood what it meant in the poem “Song of Everlasting Regret” when it said, “From this point on, His Majesty did not attend the morning court.”2 However, compared to the imperial consort, his Haiwang was definitely even better.
“I’ll help you release as well?” Wu Xingzi’s pengornis had been pleasured, but Guan Shanjin’s pengornis was still throbbing there! It was only harder than before, poking rigidly at him, almost scalding the skin on his belly.
However, before Wu Xingzi could grip it, Guan Shanjin blocked his hand again. If not for the intense desire in his eyes, Wu Xingzi would have thought that the younger man was completely not affected at all.
Guan Shanjin shook his head. “You’ve been here for too long, get Man Yue to quickly send you back to Rancui’s place as fast as possible. Wu Xingzi… Xingzi, don’t worry, and just wait for me. Since Bai Shaochang has already confessed, it would not take too long for us to deal with Yan Wenxin. News will be coming from the southern border soon as well, and you don’t have to be too anxious over this matter. My heart will ache.”
“But…” Wu Xingzi glanced at Guan Shanjin’s crotch. His trousers were almost bursting at the seams, and through the cloth, it could be seen how savage the organ was.
“You lewd darling, always looking at this place.” Not knowing whether to laugh or cry, Guan Shanjin pinched Wu Xingzi’s nose. “Once I’m out of here, you’ll naturally be able to enjoy it to your fill. Be good.”
Understanding that he would not be able to dissuade Guan Shanjin, Wu Xingzi could only accept the matter unwillingly.
Guan Shanjin hugged the old quail, sharing a few more kisses before finally letting him go and leading him to the door. After a couple of smacks on the door, Man Yue’s plump figure appeared in front quickly.
“Mr. Wu, I’ll let you out right now.” Man Yue darted his eyes towards his boss. He was very obedient, not poking the tiger at all. Deftly, he unlocked the door, letting Wu Xingzi out.
“Xingzi, just wait by the side for a moment, I have some things to say to Man Yue.”
“Ai.” Wu Xingzi turned his head back, clasping Guan Shanjin’s hands again, before taking a few steps away reluctantly to wait obediently by the side.
“General.” Man Yue could not resist glancing at Guan Shanjin’s crotch that was bulging very conspicuously, and he could not help saying, “Have you lost interest in furen?”
He had been prepared to wait for around four hours, but who would have thought that Guan Shanjin would take less than two hours? This boss of his could really endure.
Guan Shanjin snorted. “Are you planning to be skinned by me?” Guan Shanjin naturally was only barely suppressing his desire, and he wished for nothing but to strip Wu Xingzi clean and feast on him to his delight. However, this was the jail, and although he had been wiping himself clean, there was still quite a stink on him. How could he bear to lose his dignity and let Wu Xingzi suffer the smell? He had no other choice but to endure his desire.
And this Man Yue still had the cheek to tease him. Did he borrow his guts from the heavens?
Since he had already poked the tiger once, it would not matter if he poked him twice. In any case, he would have to start running once his boss was out of jail, and so Man Yue gave no worries to all the accounts Guan Shanjin would be settling with him once he was out.
With a cheeky grin, he shrugged at Guan Shanjin. “General, you’re after all the son of the Lord Protector. Yan Wenxin plans to not only deal with you, but to root out the entire Lord Protector’s estate. There’s not much time left, and I’m only placing your safety as my top priority. Furthermore, Mr. Wu is not Lu Zezhi, and he can bear quite a heavy burden on his shoulders. For you to clip his wings, it would be quite a pity.”
Guan Shanjin frowned, but he did not speak. He understood that Man Yue’s words, although unpleasant to the ears, were only the truth. It was just that it was difficult to calm the anger in his heart, and once he was out of this place, he definitely had to deal with Man Yue properly.
“Just scram. In the future, if you dare to make Wu Xingzi do anything like this again without my permission, don’t blame me for my viciousness.”
Although the words were harsh, Man Yue was relieved, and his smile became more earnest.
“In the future, I’ll definitely not let you discover it!” Once he was done speaking, he did not dare stay there any longer. Bringing Wu Xingzi along, he ran away.
